Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- 50% (USD 3,852.50) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Sales Executive recruitment process.
- 50% (USD 3,852.50) – Due upon successful placement and commencement of employment by the selected Sales Executive in Zimbabwe Harare.
All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Harare Talent Solutions (Pvt) Ltd at Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, Harare Branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
- The recruitment timeline for the Sales Executive position is estimated at four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date of engagement, subject to candidate availability and client interview scheduling.
- Harare Talent Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client's business operations, candidate data, and all information exchanged during the recruitment of the Sales Executive in Zimbabwe Harare.
- The 90-day guarantee period applies only if the placed Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days of employment. In such an event, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional cost.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01] of Zimbabwe and the Employment (General Provisions) Regulations applicable in Harare.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment between the client and the placed Sales Executive. The employment relationship is solely between the client and the candidate.
