- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of School Counselor deployment, and 30% upon final project completion and submission of the comprehensive impact report.
- All School Counselor professionals assigned to this project in Afghanistan Kabul will undergo background verification, psychological clearance, and cultural sensitivity training prior to commencing duties.
