- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, AECC reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in Algeria Algiers.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the academic year (January 2026), and 30% upon completion of services in June 2026. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to AECC’s account at BNA (Banque Nationale d’Algérie), Algiers branch.
- The School Counselor assigned to this engagement must hold a valid license issued by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in educational psychology within the Algerian school system.
- All services shall be delivered in accordance with the Algerian National Education Code and the ethical guidelines of the Algerian Psychological Association. Confidentiality of student records shall be maintained in full compliance with Algerian data protection regulations.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered shall be due in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in the presence of a notary in Algiers, Algeria.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with Algerian civil and commercial law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services and agrees to the terms outlined herein. This document serves as the formal basis for the subsequent service contract to be drafted by AECC legal counsel in Algiers.
