4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the school wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any updated rates will be issued.

4.2 The School Counselor engaged under this arrangement holds current registration with the Australian Association of Counselling Psychologists (AACP) and maintains professional indemnity insurance in excess of $10 million AUD, as required for all practitioners operating in the Australia Brisbane education sector.

4.3 Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon contract execution, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal instalments at the midpoint and conclusion of the service period. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

4.4 The School Counselor will comply with all privacy and data protection obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). All student records will be stored securely in accordance with Queensland Department of Education and Training policies.

4.5 Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be invoiced in full.

4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific student outcomes. The School Counselor will exercise professional judgement in all interventions and will refer students to external specialist services where clinical needs exceed the scope of school-based counselling.

4.7 All services will be delivered in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Australian Counselling Association and the professional standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) where applicable.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of School Counselor services in Australia Brisbane. This document, once countersigned, forms the basis of the service agreement between Brisbane Educational Counselling Services Pty Ltd and St. Andrew's College, Brisbane.
