This Quotation Estimate is issued by Sydney School Counselling Services Pty Ltd to provide North Harbour Public School with a comprehensive and transparent financial proposal for the engagement of a qualified School Counselor to deliver student wellbeing, academic support, and pastoral care services within the Australia Sydney metropolitan region. This document outlines the full scope of services, associated costs, payment schedules, and contractual terms governing the proposed engagement. All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
4.1 — A 25% deposit (AUD $16,153.50) is due within 14 business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
4.2 — The remaining 75% (AUD $48,460.50) shall be invoiced in three equal monthly instalments of AUD $16,153.50, due on the 1st of August, September, and October 2025 respectively.
4.3 — All payments are to be made via direct bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision.
5.2 The School Counselor shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance (minimum AUD $10,000,000) and public liability insurance throughout the engagement period.
5.3 All student records and counselling notes shall be handled in strict accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the NSW Information Privacy and Protection Act 1998, and the Australian Privacy Principles. Confidentiality will be maintained at all times, with exceptions only where mandated by law (e.g., child protection obligations under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1999 (NSW)).
5.4 The School Counselor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the school. The engagement is governed by this Quotation Estimate and any subsequent written service agreement.
5.5 Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered shall be payable in full.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate is subject to the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Sydney, NSW, before proceeding to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
