2. Scope of Services – School Counselor ProgramThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Horizonte Counseling & Educational Support Ltda. to provide a comprehensive School Counselor engagement for Instituto Educacional do Planalto, located in the Federal District of Brazil Brasília. The proposed School Counselor program is designed to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students aged 6 through 17 across all grade levels. The School Counselor will operate on-site at the Brasília campus and will adhere to the ethical guidelines established by the Conselho Federal de Psicologia (CFP) and the educational regulations of the Secretaria de Educação do Distrito Federal.

This Quotation Estimate proposes payment in four equal monthly installments of R$ 20.115,00, due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Horizonte Counseling & Educational Support Ltda. The initial assessment fee (Item 6) is due upon contract signing. A 2% discount will be applied if the full annual amount is settled in a single payment within 15 days of this Quotation Estimate date. All amounts are subject to applicable ISS (Imposto Sobre Serviços) tax as regulated in Brazil Brasília.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After expiration, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Brazil Brasília professional services sector.
- The School Counselor assigned to this engagement holds a valid registration with the Conselho Federal de Psicologia (CRP-DF) and a master's degree in School Psychology from a recognized Brazilian institution.
- All counseling sessions will be conducted in Portuguese, in compliance with the educational language standards of the Distrito Federal. Bilingual (Portuguese/English) sessions may be arranged at an additional 15% surcharge.
- Confidentiality of all student records is guaranteed under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018) and the Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA – Law No. 8.069/1990).
- The School Counselor will maintain a minimum of 16 hours per week of on-site presence at the client's Brasília facility, Monday through Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, a prorated settlement of services rendered will be issued.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal service agreement is executed.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil Brasília, Distrito Federal.
