4. Payment Terms
The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of R$ 38,377.50, due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details provided in the annexed contract. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus a 2% penalty, in accordance with Brazilian commercial practice. The first installment is due upon the formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and the signing of the service agreement.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the São Paulo cost-of-living index (IPCA) or adjustments to the municipal ISS tax rate.
- The School Counselor shall maintain full professional confidentiality. No student records, session notes, or personal data shall be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the student's legal guardian, except where mandated by Brazilian law (ECA, LGPD, or court order).
- The School Counselor reserves the right to refer students to external specialists in the São Paulo public or private health system when the scope of the presenting issue exceeds the boundaries of school-based counseling.
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice. In the event of early termination, the School Counselor shall complete all ongoing sessions and deliver a final comprehensive report before the conclusion of the notice period.
- All services will be conducted primarily in Portuguese (Brazilian), with the option for English-language sessions upon prior arrangement, to accommodate the international student population of the institution.
6. Acceptance
By signing below, the authorized representative of Colégio Internacional do Tietê acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial breakdown presented herein.
