- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Canada Vancouver labour market or regulatory requirements.
- All School Counselor personnel assigned to this engagement shall hold current registration with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and maintain valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 CAD.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the BC Interest Act.
- Confidentiality of all student records shall be maintained in strict compliance with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated fee for services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon acceptance of this estimate.
- All services shall be delivered in accordance with the professional code of ethics established by the CCPA and the standards of the BC College of Teachers where applicable.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Vancouver, BC, in accordance with the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal procedures.
By signing below, the authorized representative of the receiving institution acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services in Canada Vancouver and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial projections outlined herein.
