- All services will be performed on-site at the Colegio San Martín de Porres premises in Chile Santiago, Monday through Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all student records in accordance with Chilean legislation and the school's internal data protection policies.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement will be executed upon mutual acceptance of these terms.
- Any modifications to the scope of services must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Chile Santiago metropolitan area, may suspend service delivery without penalty to either party.
