- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and availability of the proposed School Counselor personnel must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon contract execution; remaining 70% payable in ten (10) equal monthly installments, due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated in the service agreement.
- All School Counselor personnel assigned under this engagement shall hold valid professional licenses issued by the China Psychological Society and shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in China Beijing, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the PRC.
- Confidentiality: All student records, session notes, and assessment data generated by the School Counselor shall be stored on servers physically located within the China Beijing jurisdiction and shall not be transferred outside the People’s Republic of China without explicit written consent from the school administration and the student’s legal guardian.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with sixty (60) days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused monthly fees shall be issued within fifteen (15) business days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of any School Counselor duties.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules of procedure.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies affecting the China Beijing region, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in temporary service modifications without penalty to either party.
