1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

2. Scope of Services

4. Payment Terms
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: an initial deposit of 30% (CNY 139,284) is due upon execution of the service agreement; the remaining 70% shall be paid in ten equal monthly installments of CNY 32,500, commencing September 2025. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Guangzhou Educational Consulting Services Co., Ltd. in China Guangzhou. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under applicable commercial law in the People's Republic of China.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in China Guangzhou.
- The School Counselor assigned under this engagement must hold a valid National Psychological Counselor Qualification Certificate (Level 2 or above) issued by the relevant authority in the People's Republic of China, and must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in K-12 school settings.
- All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Education Law of the PRC, the Minor Protection Law, and specific student welfare regulations applicable to the Guangzhou Municipality in China Guangzhou.
- Confidentiality of all student records and counseling sessions is guaranteed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of China. No student data shall be disclosed without written parental or guardian consent.
- The School Counselor shall submit monthly progress reports to the school administration and shall participate in all scheduled staff meetings and parent-teacher conferences held at the institution in China Guangzhou.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated refund of unused service fees shall be issued within fifteen (15) business days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in duplicate.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in China Guangzhou, in accordance with its then-current rules.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the authorized representative of the client institution acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the School Counselor in China Guangzhou.
