The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for the School Counselor engagement in China Shanghai:
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the China Shanghai labor market, regulatory requirements, or exchange rate fluctuations.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% at the midpoint of the academic year (January), and 30% upon completion of the full 12-month service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by BrightPath Educational Consulting Ltd.
