5. Payment Terms

As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a 30% advance payment (EGP 138,510) due upon contract signing; 50% (EGP 230,850) payable in two equal installments at the midpoint and end of the academic term; and the remaining 20% (EGP 92,340) due upon final delivery of the comprehensive end-of-year School Counselor report. All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds via bank transfer to the AESS account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria branch.

6. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Egypt.
The School Counselor shall adhere to the Egyptian Code of Professional Ethics for School Counselors and all applicable regulations of the Alexandria Governorate Education Directorate.
Confidentiality of all student records is guaranteed under Egyptian Law No. 142 of 2006 (Child Protection Law) and the institution's data privacy policy.
Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such cases, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be applied.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and approved by the relevant Alexandria educational authority.
