4. Qualifications of the Proposed School Counselor

The School Counselor proposed for this engagement in Ethiopia Addis Ababa shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field from a recognized Ethiopian university (e.g., Addis Ababa University, University of Addis Ababa, or St. Mary's University) or an equivalently accredited international institution. The candidate must possess a valid license from the Ethiopian Psychologists Association, a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in school-based counseling within the Ethiopian education system, and demonstrated proficiency in both Amharic and English to serve the diverse student population of Addis Ababa. Additionally, the School Counselor must have completed at least two (2) continuing professional development certifications in child and adolescent mental health within the preceding three years.

5. Terms and Conditions
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
  • Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% at the midpoint of the service year (Month 6), and 30% upon completion of the annual service period. All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the designated account of Addis Ababa Educational Support Services PLC.
  • The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Ethiopian Data Protection Proclamation (No. 1104/2019) and professional ethical codes. All student records shall be stored securely on-site at the client institution in Addis Ababa.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any School Counselor services.
  • All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Education directives, the Addis Ababa City Administration Education Bureau regulations, and applicable national labor laws.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated school closures in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the School Counselor services in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the preparation of a formal service contract.
