Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) equal quarterly installments of € 8,136.00 (including TVA), due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each quarter: September, December, March, and June. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Paris Éducation Conseil SARL, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-6).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the School Counselor may be subject to revision.
- The School Counselor assigned to this engagement holds a Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling, is registered with the French Ordre des Psychologues, and possesses a minimum of five (5) years of experience in secondary education settings in France Paris.
- All services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the French General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the national education code. Student records and counseling notes shall be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
