- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Germany Berlin.
- The School Counselor shall hold a recognized qualification in educational psychology or counseling (Master's degree minimum) and must be registered with the relevant professional body in Germany.
- All services will be conducted in accordance with the Berliner Schulgesetz (BbgSchulG) and the data protection regulations under the DSGVO (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
- Confidentiality of all student records and counseling sessions is guaranteed under professional ethical standards and German data protection law.
- The School Counselor will maintain a minimum of 20 hours per week on-site at the school premises in Berlin, with additional remote availability for crisis situations.
