4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the proposed School Counselor must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total estimated amount is due upon contract signing; the remaining 50% is payable in ten equal monthly instalments, due on the 5th business day of each month, via SEPA direct debit to Frankfurt Educational Support GmbH.
- The School Counselor assigned to this engagement must hold a recognised qualification in educational psychology or counselling (Mindestanforderung: Master's degree in Pädagogische Psychologie or equivalent) and be registered with the relevant professional body in Germany.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Hessian School Act (Hessisches Schulgesetz — HSchG) and applicable data protection regulations (DSGVO / BDSG) as enforced in Germany Frankfurt.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 6 weeks' written notice during the academic year. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the remaining fees will be calculated and settled within 14 days.
