• Individual and group counseling sessions for students aged 6 to 18, addressing academic stress, behavioral challenges, social adjustment, and emotional well-being.
• Weekly career guidance and educational planning workshops for senior school students preparing for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
• Conflict mediation services among students and between students and teaching staff.
• Parent-teacher counseling conferences and family support sessions held bi-weekly.
• Development and implementation of a school-wide mental health awareness program in alignment with the Ghana Education Service (GES) guidelines.
• Crisis intervention support for students experiencing trauma, bullying, or family disruption.
• Monthly progress reports submitted to the school administration detailing counseling activities, student outcomes, and recommendations.
• Collaboration with the school's pastoral care team to ensure holistic student development.

• A 30% advance payment of GHS 79,798.50 is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• The remaining 70% shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of GHS 15,333.13, due on the 5th business day of each month.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Accra Educational Support Services Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, Branch: Osu, Accra.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ghana Accra.
• The School Counselor engaged under this agreement shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the professional code of ethics of the GNASC.
• The service period shall run from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026, aligning with the standard academic calendar of the Ghana Education Service.
• Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata charge for services rendered shall apply.
• Accra Educational Support Services Ltd. shall provide a replacement School Counselor of equivalent qualifications within seven (7) working days should the primary counselor be unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
• All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Mediation Act, 2010 (Act 799) of the Republic of Ghana.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below.
