This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by EdCare Counselling Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to Sunrise International School, located in India Bangalore, for the provision of a dedicated, full-time School Counselor for the academic year 2025–2026. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of services, the associated professional fees, and the terms governing the engagement. The School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a certified professional holding a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or a related discipline, registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). The School Counselor will be stationed at the school premises in India Bangalore and will perform the following duties on a full-time basis (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM):
Conducting individual and group counselling sessions for students aged 6 to 18 years; addressing academic stress, behavioural concerns, social anxiety, bullying, and emotional well-being. Designing and implementing school-wide mental health awareness programmes in collaboration with the school administration. Providing parent-teacher counselling workshops on a monthly basis. Maintaining confidential student records in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India. Coordinating with external child psychologists, psychiatrists, and special education professionals in the India Bangalore region when referral is necessary. Preparing quarterly progress reports on student counselling outcomes for the school board.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments of ’ 559,320 (inclusive of GST) via bank transfer to the account of EdCare Counselling Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Residency Road Branch, India Bangalore. The first instalment is due within 15 days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent instalments are due on the 1st of April, July, October, and January respectively. A 1.5% monthly late-payment interest shall apply to overdue amounts as per Indian commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the India Bangalore education services sector.
- The School Counselor assigned shall not be replaced without the prior written consent of the school administration, except in cases of medical incapacity or termination for cause.
- All student counselling records shall remain the property of Sunrise International School and shall be maintained in strict confidentiality in accordance with Indian law.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance of this Quotation Estimate.
- The School Counselor shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Karnataka State Education Department, CBSE guidelines, and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, while operating in India Bangalore.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Service Agreement is executed.
