3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., until 15 July 2025. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Mumbai, India.
3.2 Payment Terms: The total amount of ₹16,69,700 shall be payable in quarterly instalments of ₹4,17,425 each, due within fifteen (15) days of the commencement of each quarter. Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of MindBridge Educational Counselling Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India. A 1.5% monthly interest shall apply on overdue amounts as per Indian commercial practice.
3.3 School Counselor Qualifications: The School Counselor assigned to the Mumbai campus shall hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology or Counselling from a UGC-recognised Indian university, possess a valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in school-based counselling within the Mumbai or Maharashtra region.
3.4 Confidentiality & Data Protection: All student records, counselling notes, and psychometric data handled by the School Counselor shall be maintained in strict confidence in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data-privacy norms in India, Mumbai. No student information shall be disclosed to third parties without written parental consent.
3.5 Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the School Counselor services rendered up to the termination date shall be billed pro-rata, and any pre-paid amounts for unrendered services shall be refunded within thirty (30) days.
3.6 Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Arbitration, if required, shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai.
3.7 Applicable Law: This Quotation Estimate and the services described herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Maharashtra Education Act and relevant central government regulations pertaining to school counselling services.
4. Acceptance & AuthorisationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services in Mumbai, India, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
