Payment shall be made on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the account of MindBridge Counselling Services Pvt. Ltd. The first payment is due within 15 days of the commencement of services. Subsequent payments are due by the 5th of each following month. A 1.5% late fee will apply to payments exceeding 15 days from the due date. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional costs for extended crisis intervention beyond 48 hours, which will be billed separately at ₹2,500 per hour.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
6.2 The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and the Right to Privacy provisions under Indian law. All student records will be stored securely on the school's premises and in encrypted digital format.
6.3 The engagement period is for one academic year (April to March), with a 30-day notice period required for early termination by either party.
6.4 The school shall provide a dedicated, private counselling room, basic office furniture, a computer with internet access, and a telephone line for the School Counselor to operate from.
6.5 All services will be delivered in compliance with the norms set by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Delhi Education Department guidelines for student welfare in India New Delhi.
6.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
