- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to EduCounsel Professional Services Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-2345678-9, Branch: SCBD Jakarta.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document and does not constitute a formal contract until both parties execute the Service Agreement.
- The School Counselor assigned to SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta must hold a valid license from the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) and meet the competency standards set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with jurisdiction in the District Court of South Jakarta.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta and may not be transferred, copied, or used for any other institution in Indonesia Jakarta or elsewhere without prior written consent.
