- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all rates listed herein shall be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Iran Tehran.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 20% advance upon contract signing, 60% disbursed in equal monthly installments over the 10-month engagement period, and 20% upon successful completion of the academic year and final report delivery.
- All School Counselor personnel assigned to this engagement shall hold valid licenses issued by the Iranian Ministry of Health and the relevant Tehran provincial educational authority. Credentials and professional references will be provided prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality of all student records, session notes, and assessment data is guaranteed in accordance with Iranian data protection regulations and the ethical code of the Iranian Psychological Association. No information shall be disclosed outside the school premises in Tehran without written parental consent.
- The School Counselor team shall operate exclusively within the Alborz Public School campus in Tehran, Iran, during designated school hours. Off-site activities (e.g., parent workshops at community centers in Tehran) require prior written approval from the school administration.
- Any scope modifications, additional student enrollments beyond the 120-student baseline, or extended crisis-response activations will be documented in a supplementary Quotation Estimate addendum, signed by both parties before execution.
- This quotation does not include costs for external hospital referrals, psychiatric medication, or long-term residential treatment, should a student's needs exceed the scope of in-school counseling services.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation under the jurisdiction of the Tehran Provincial Arbitration Council in accordance with Iranian civil law.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Tehran metropolitan region, may result in temporary service suspension without penalty to either party.
