6. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
- Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between Merav Educational Consulting Ltd. and the Tel Aviv District Education Authority.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated fee for services rendered shall be invoiced.
