- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the proposed School Counselor are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% payable in two equal installments (November 2025 and March 2026) via bank transfer to the account of Educazione & Supporto S.r.l., Milan, Italy.
- The School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a recognized Italian qualification in Educational Psychology (Laurea Magistrale in Psicologia dell'Educazione) and is registered with the Albo degli Psicologi della Lombardia. All professional activities will be conducted in full adherence to the Code of Ethics of the Italian Psychological Association (Ordine degli Psicologi).
- All services will be performed within the geographical boundaries of the Comune di Milano, Italy Milan. Any travel to locations outside the municipal boundary (e.g., satellite campuses in the hinterland) will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All student records, session notes, and case documentation produced by the School Counselor are protected under Italian data protection law (GDPR / D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the specific privacy protocols of the client institution. No information will be disclosed to third parties without written parental or legal guardian consent, except where mandated by law.
- Cancellation or early termination: Should the client institution decide to terminate the engagement before the completion of the academic year, a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice is required. In such a case, a pro-rata adjustment will be applied to the remaining balance of this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by an authorized representative of the client institution and countersigned by Educazione & Supporto S.r.l.
- Any modifications to the scope of services described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and will be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
