Qualifications of the School Counselor

The School Counselor assigned to this engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution recognized by the Republic of Kazakhstan. The professional must possess a valid license issued by the relevant Kazakhstani regulatory body, a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a school or educational counseling setting, and demonstrated proficiency in both Kazakh and English languages to serve the bilingual student population of Almaty. Additional certification in child and adolescent trauma-informed care is strongly preferred.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the School Counselor may be subject to revision.
  • Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% due at the midpoint of the academic year (January 2026), and 30% due upon completion of services in June 2026. All payments shall be made in Kazakhstani Tenge via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Educational Support Services LLP.
  • The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" (No. 94-V, 2014). All student records shall be stored securely on premises in Almaty and shall not be transferred outside the country without written parental consent.
  • Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement between both parties.
  • Cancellation policy: The client may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In such a case, a pro-rata refund of unused services will be issued, less any administrative fees not exceeding 5% of the remaining contract value.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
  • All services will be delivered at the client's premises in Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel and accommodation costs for the School Counselor, if required, are included in the quoted rates.
  • Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty in accordance with the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Center.
Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services in Kazakhstan Almaty and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature indicates intent to proceed with the formal contracting process but does not itself create a binding obligation until the definitive Service Agreement is executed.
