The School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver a full spectrum of student support services in accordance with the Ministry of Education guidelines for Kuwait. The services include, but are not limited to:
- Individual and group academic counseling sessions for students from kindergarten through grade 12.
- Psychosocial assessment and intervention planning for students experiencing behavioral, emotional, or social difficulties.
- Career guidance and university admission counseling for senior secondary students in Kuwait City.
- Parent-teacher-student mediation workshops conducted monthly on the school premises in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Development and implementation of anti-bullying, mental health awareness, and social-emotional learning (SEL) programs.
- Crisis intervention support and referral coordination with licensed psychologists and healthcare facilities in Kuwait City.
- Maintenance of confidential student records in compliance with Kuwaiti data protection regulations.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of KWD 2,493.75 (inclusive of VAT), due on the first business day of each month via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nahda Educational Consulting LLC. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month. The School Counselor services shall commence upon full execution of the service agreement and receipt of the first installment.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kuwait.
5.2 The School Counselor shall be a licensed professional holding a minimum of a Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field, with at least five (5) years of experience in an educational setting in Kuwait or a comparable Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) country.
5.3 All services shall be delivered on the school premises in Kuwait, Kuwait City, during standard academic hours (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday).
5.4 Al-Nahda Educational Consulting LLC reserves the right to substitute the assigned School Counselor with a qualified equivalent should the original professional become unavailable, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
5.5 Confidentiality of all student records and counseling sessions is guaranteed in accordance with Kuwaiti law and the professional ethical standards of the Kuwait Counseling Association.
5.6 Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund shall be calculated based on services rendered up to the termination date.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of the School Counselor engagement.
