- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total annual fee shall be paid upon contract signing, and the remaining 50% shall be disbursed in two equal quarterly instalments. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement.
- The School Counselor shall adhere to the Malaysian Code of Ethics for Counselling Psychologists and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
- The school administration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall provide a dedicated counselling room, basic office equipment, and access to student records (with appropriate consent) to facilitate the School Counselor's duties.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee approval.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
- The School Counselor is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the school. All statutory employer obligations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) are the responsibility of EduCare Counselling Services Sdn. Bhd.
By signing below, the school administration acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the provision of School Counselor services at the institution located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) shall be executed within fourteen (14) days of acceptance.
