4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Mexico City.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in ten (10) equal monthly installments of MXN $115,420.00, due on the first business day of each month. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Mexican commercial law.
4.3 Service Commencement: The School Counselor services shall commence on August 18, 2025, coinciding with the start of the 2025–2026 academic calendar in Mexico City, and shall conclude on June 20, 2026.
4.4 Confidentiality: All student records, session notes, and personal data handled by the School Counselor shall be protected in strict accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexico's Federal Data Protection Law).
4.5 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the agreement with a sixty (60) day written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a prorated fee for services already rendered shall be due.
4.6 Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of Mexico, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico City (Ciudad de México).
4.7 Currency: All amounts stated in this document are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are inclusive of applicable professional fees but exclusive of IVA, which is itemized separately.
