Payment Terms

This Quotation Estimate for the School Counselor services in Morocco Casablanca shall be settled according to the following schedule:

30% advance payment (120,960 MAD) upon signing of the service agreement, due within 10 business days.
40% interim payment (161,280 MAD) due at the midpoint of the academic year (January 2026).
30% final payment (120,960 MAD) due within 15 business days of the final academic report submission in July 2026.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Educational Support Services SARL, Bank Al Maghrib, IBAN: MA64 0074 6000 0123 4567 8901 234. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.

2. The School Counselor assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Educational Counseling, be registered with the Moroccan Order of Psychologists, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a school setting.

3. All services shall be delivered in compliance with Moroccan education law (Law 51-00) and the data protection regulations of the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données Personnelles).

4. The client agrees to provide a dedicated, private counseling room within the school premises in Casablanca, equipped with basic furniture, a computer, and secure storage for student records.

5. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.

6. The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all student records and shall not disclose any information without written parental or legal guardian consent, except in cases of imminent danger to life as mandated by Moroccan law.

7. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
