Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments. The first payment is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices will be issued on the first business day of each month for the preceding month's services. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate as defined under Dutch civil law (Boek 6, Titel 10 BW).
5. Terms and Conditions5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on current market conditions in the Netherlands Amsterdam professional services sector.
5.2 The School Counselor engaged under this agreement shall maintain full professional registration with the NIP and hold a valid Beroepsregister (professional register) number. Proof of registration shall be provided upon request.
5.3 All student data processed by the School Counselor shall comply with the Dutch implementation of the GDPR (AVG) and the specific provisions of the Dutch Education Act (Wet op het primair onderwijs / Wet op het voortgezet onderwijs).
5.4 Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of the remaining Quotation Estimate value shall be calculated and settled within 14 days.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form. The governing law for this agreement is the law of the Netherlands, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
5.6 The School Counselor shall not be held liable for outcomes beyond the scope of professional guidance services. Referrals to specialized psychiatric or clinical services in the Netherlands Amsterdam area shall be made at the discretion of the counselor and the school's designated safeguarding officer.
6. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services in Netherlands Amsterdam.
