This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes agreement to the terms outlined herein. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. All services will be delivered in accordance with the Education Act 1989 (New Zealand) and the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989. The School Counselor will maintain strict confidentiality in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and will only disclose information where legally mandated or with appropriate consent.
Should the Education Board wish to extend, modify, or terminate the School Counselor engagement, written notice of at least thirty (30) days must be provided. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary estimate at the same hourly rates applicable in New Zealand Auckland for qualified counselling professionals.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes the School Counselor will be based at the primary school site in Ponsonby, Auckland, with travel to up to four additional schools within the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan area. If the number of sites exceeds four, an additional travel surcharge of NZD $150.00 per additional site per month will apply.The School Counselor proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from the University of Auckland, is a registered member of the New Zealand Counselling Association (NZCA), and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in school-based counselling within New Zealand Auckland. The School Counselor is also trained in Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, culturally responsive practice, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
