This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Harmony Educational Support Services Ltd. to St. Augustine International College, Lagos, in response to the institution's written request dated 28th May 2025 for the provision of a qualified School Counselor to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students across all levels of the school. The School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services to the school community in Nigeria Lagos:

- Weekly classroom-based guidance and career counseling workshops for Senior Secondary School students preparing for WAEC, NECO, and university admissions.
- Monthly parent-teacher counseling forums to foster collaborative student support strategies within the Nigeria Lagos community.
- Crisis intervention and trauma-informed support for students experiencing bullying, grief, or psychological distress.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive Student Wellbeing Policy tailored to the specific needs of the school in Nigeria Lagos.
- Coordination with external mental health professionals, child protection agencies, and Lagos State health services when referral is necessary.
- Preparation of monthly progress reports and annual comprehensive counseling reports for the school's Board of Governors.
- Training and capacity building for up to ten (10) teaching staff on basic counseling techniques and early identification of at-risk students.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
4.2 Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of NGN 5,901,750 (one-quarter of the Grand Total), due within fourteen (14) days of the start of each academic quarter. The first installment is due upon execution of the service agreement.
4.3 The School Counselor shall be a registered member of the Counselling Association of Nigeria (CAN) and shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field, with a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in a school setting in Nigeria Lagos or equivalent.
4.4 The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and the ethical code of practice of the Counselling Association of Nigeria. All student records shall be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
4.5 Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a pro-rata payment for services rendered up to the termination date shall be due.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of the School Counselor's duties.
4.7 All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Lagos State.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein for the engagement of the School Counselor services in Nigeria Lagos.
