  • Individual Student Counseling: One-on-one sessions addressing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, academic stress, and personal development for students from Grade 1 through Grade 12.
  • Group Counseling Workshops: Bi-weekly group sessions focused on social skills development, conflict resolution, anti-bullying awareness, and emotional intelligence building.
  • Parent-Teacher-Counselor Conferences: Monthly structured meetings to discuss student progress, behavioral observations, and collaborative intervention strategies.
  • Academic and Career Guidance: Personalized career counseling, university admission guidance, and subject selection support for students in Grades 9 through 12.
  • Crisis Intervention: Immediate response protocols for student emergencies, self-harm incidents, and acute psychological distress situations.
  • Staff Training and Support: Quarterly workshops for teaching staff on recognizing early warning signs of mental health issues and implementing classroom-level support strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Monthly progress reports, confidential case files, and annual comprehensive reports submitted to the school administration in Pakistan Islamabad.

Note: All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of applicable Sales Tax (18%) as per the Federal Board of Revenue regulations in Pakistan Islamabad. A 10% discount shall be applied for institutions enrolling for a two-year or three-year contract term. The above Quotation Estimate assumes a student enrollment of up to 800 students. For institutions exceeding this threshold, an additional 5% surcharge per 200 additional students will apply.
  • Advance Payment: 25% of the total annual fee (PKR 915,000) is due upon signing of the service agreement, prior to the commencement of the School Counselor's onboarding at the institution in Pakistan Islamabad.
  • Quarterly Installments: The remaining 75% shall be paid in three equal quarterly installments of PKR 723,750 each, due on the 5th of January, April, and July respectively.
  • Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Islamabad Educational Counseling Services, National Bank of Pakistan, Blue Area Branch, Islamabad.
  • Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any overdue installment beyond a 10-day grace period.
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
  • The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Pakistan Code of Ethics for Psychologists and the institution's data protection policies.
  • The client institution shall provide a dedicated, private counseling room, basic office furniture, a computer with internet access, and a secure filing system at the premises in Pakistan Islamabad.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  • The School Counselor shall be subject to the institution's code of conduct, dress code, and safety protocols while on premises.
  • All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with jurisdiction in Pakistan Islamabad.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
