All amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Rates are subject to revision upon expiry.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is issued exclusively for Al-Noor International School, Pakistan Karachi, and is non-transferable to any other institution or entity.
- The School Counselor assigned to your institution will be a fully licensed professional registered with the Pakistan Council of Educational Psychology (PCEP) and will maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Pakistan Mental Health Act, 2001.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon commencement of services (July 2025), and 30% upon completion of the academic year (June 2026). All payments shall be made via bank transfer to EdCare Professional Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi.
- The School Counselor will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, in accordance with the school's academic calendar in Pakistan Karachi. Public holidays as declared by the Sindh Government will be observed.
- EdCare Professional Services (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to replace the School Counselor with an equally qualified professional in the event of prolonged illness, resignation, or performance concerns, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the rates specified in our standard service schedule, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- The School Counselor will comply with all data protection and student privacy regulations applicable in Pakistan Karachi, including the Personal Data Protection Bill guidelines.
