The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Payment shall be made in monthly installments of QAR 39,615.00 (inclusive of VAT), due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated by Qatar Educational Support Services LLC.
• A 10% advance payment of QAR 47,538.00 is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the onboarding and program design phase.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with commercial practice in Qatar Doha.
• All invoices shall be issued in English and Arabic to comply with local regulatory requirements.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Qatar Doha.
2. The School Counselor shall be engaged under a service contract governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
3. Qatar Educational Support Services LLC reserves the right to substitute the assigned School Counselor with a professional of equal or superior qualifications, subject to prior written approval by the client institution.
4. Confidentiality of all student records and institutional data is strictly maintained in accordance with Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
5. The client institution shall provide a dedicated, private counseling room, necessary office equipment, and reasonable administrative support to enable the School Counselor to perform duties effectively.
6. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all services rendered to date shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. The definitive service agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
