5.2. The School Counselor assigned to this engagement holds a valid professional license issued by the relevant authority in Russia and maintains a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in school-based counseling within the Saint Petersburg region.

5.3. Payment shall be made in monthly installments of 306,420 RUB (RUB), due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per calendar day in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

5.4. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining contract value.

5.5. All student records, counseling notes, and progress reports generated by the School Counselor shall remain the property of the client institution and shall be stored in compliance with Russian federal data protection standards. Upon contract conclusion, all records shall be transferred to the school's archives within fourteen (14) days.

5.6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are subject to the final contract documentation.
