3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments (25% per quarter) via bank transfer to Al-Nour Educational Consulting LLC, IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519, Riyad Bank, Jeddah Branch. Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each quarter.
3.3 Licensing & Compliance: The assigned School Counselor holds a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and is registered with the Ministry of Education. All counseling records will be maintained in compliance with Saudi data protection regulations and the school's internal confidentiality policies.
3.4 Language of Service: Primary counseling sessions will be conducted in Arabic. English-language sessions are available upon request at no additional cost, given the international student population in Jeddah.
3.5 Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused services will be calculated and processed within thirty (30) days.
3.6 Confidentiality: All student records, session notes, and assessment reports are strictly confidential and will be stored in a secure, access-controlled environment at the school premises in Jeddah. No data will be shared with third parties without written parental consent, except where mandated by Saudi law.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi commercial law.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for specialized psychological testing equipment, external referral fees to psychiatric facilities in Jeddah, or transportation expenses for off-site parent workshops. These items will be quoted separately upon request.
