- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on market conditions in Senegal Dakar.
- The School Counselor shall be engaged under a fixed-term professional services contract for one (1) academic year, renewable by mutual written agreement no later than thirty (30) days prior to contract expiration.
- EduCare Professional Services SARL reserves the right to substitute the assigned School Counselor with a qualified equivalent professional, subject to prior written approval by the client, should circumstances necessitate such a change.
- All counseling records and student data shall be handled in strict accordance with Senegalese data protection laws and the ethical standards of the Senegalese Psychological Association. Confidentiality is absolute and non-negotiable.
- The client agrees to provide the School Counselor with a dedicated workspace, basic office supplies, and access to student records at each assigned school location within Dakar.
- Any scope changes, additional school deployments, or extended service hours beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
