The above Quotation Estimate represents a projected annual cost for the full academic year (January – December 2025). Monthly billing will be issued on the 1st of each month for services rendered in the preceding calendar month. All rates are exclusive of travel costs beyond a 25 km radius of Sea Point, Cape Town, which will be billed at R 4.50 per km if applicable.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in South Africa Cape Town.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per the National Credit Act (Act 34 of 2005).
- The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Code of Conduct and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013). All learner records will be stored securely and accessible only to authorised school personnel.
- The service provider warrants that the School Counselor engaged under this quotation holds a valid HPCSA registration, a current professional indemnity insurance policy (minimum R 5 million cover), and a valid South African Police Service (SAPS) clearance certificate.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of services already rendered will be invoiced.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal service-level agreement (SLA) is executed.
- All services will be delivered in compliance with the South African Schools Act, the Children's Act (Act 38 of 2005), and the Department of Basic Education's Learner Support and Counselling Policy.
