Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in ten (10) equal monthly installments of EUR 6,007.65 (inclusive of VAT), due on the first business day of each month commencing September 2025 and concluding June 2026. Payment shall be processed via direct bank transfer to the account details of EduCounsel Barcelona S.L. A 1.5% monthly late-payment interest rate shall apply to any overdue balance in accordance with Spanish commercial regulations. The School Counselor's services shall commence on 15 September 2025, following the formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the designated School Counselor are subject to reconfirmation.
Confidentiality: All student records, session notes, and personal data handled by the School Counselor shall be processed in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection. No information pertaining to students in the Spain Barcelona school community shall be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of the remaining Quotation Estimate balance shall be calculated and settled within fifteen (15) business days.
Liability: EduCounsel Barcelona S.L. maintains professional indemnity insurance with a coverage limit of EUR 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of the School Counselor's engagement in Spain Barcelona.
