This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by EduWell Counseling Services (Pvt) Ltd to St. Joseph's College, Colombo 07, for the provision of a qualified and experienced School Counselor to be stationed and operational within the Sri Lanka Colombo region. The purpose of this document is to outline the comprehensive scope of services, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the engagement of the School Counselor for the upcoming academic year. Scope of Services – School CounselorThe School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide holistic student support services within the Sri Lanka Colombo educational framework. The scope includes but is not limited to: individual student counseling sessions, group therapy workshops, academic guidance and career planning, mental health screening and intervention, conflict resolution mediation among students and staff, parent-teacher counseling coordination, crisis management and emergency psychological first aid, anti-bullying program implementation, and monthly progress reporting to the school administration. The School Counselor shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field from a recognized institution in Sri Lanka or internationally, and shall possess a valid professional license issued by the Sri Lanka Institute of Professional Counsellors.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal installments at the midpoint and conclusion of the service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by EduWell Counseling Services (Pvt) Ltd.
3. The School Counselor assigned to this engagement shall be a dedicated full-time professional. In the event of illness or leave, a qualified substitute School Counselor of equivalent credentials shall be provided at no additional cost.
4. All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Sri Lanka Education Ministry guidelines, the Sri Lanka Institute of Professional Counsellors code of ethics, and applicable data protection regulations governing student records in Sri Lanka Colombo.
5. Confidentiality: All student records, session notes, and personal information handled by the School Counselor shall be maintained in strict confidence and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written parental consent, except where required by law.
6. Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In such cases, fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be payable in full.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
8. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, matters shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Sri Lanka Colombo.
