The total amount of SAR 376,050 (Three Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand and Fifty Sudanese Pounds) shall be paid in four equal quarterly installments of SAR 94,012.50 each. The first installment is due within 14 calendar days of the acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent installments are due on the 1st of October 2025, 1st of January 2026, and 1st of April 2026. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Nile Valley Educational Consulting LLC, Bank of Khartoum, Account No. 0045-7821-3390. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
- The School Counselor assigned to this engagement must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in School Psychology or Counseling from an accredited institution recognized by the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education.
- All counseling services shall be conducted in strict accordance with the Sudanese Code of Ethics for Psychological Practice and the data protection regulations applicable in Khartoum.
- Confidentiality of all student records and session notes is guaranteed. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written parental consent, except in cases mandated by law.
- The service provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned School Counselor with a qualified equivalent in the event of prolonged illness or force majeure, with at least 7 days' prior written notice to the school administration.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. A separate Service Agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in Section 3 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Khartoum, Sudan.
