- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: Invoicing shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the provider's account in Zurich, Switzerland.
- The School Counselor shall maintain full professional confidentiality in accordance with Swiss professional ethics codes and the GDPR-equivalent provisions applicable in the Canton of Zurich.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
- The provider shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 5,000,000, valid throughout the territory of Switzerland.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
- The School Counselor shall not be engaged in any capacity that conflicts with the interests of the client institution or its students.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement referencing this document.
