1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by EduCounsel Istanbul Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified School Counselor to deliver professional psychological, academic, and social-emotional support services within the educational institutions of Turkey Istanbul. 2. Scope of School Counselor ServicesThe School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following professional services to students, parents, and teaching staff within the designated school or educational institution located in Turkey Istanbul:

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, with the first payment due within 15 business days of contract execution. The School Counselor services in Turkey Istanbul will be invoiced on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Turkish commercial law. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by EduCounsel Istanbul Ltd.
5. Terms & ConditionsImportant Conditions Governing This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing for the School Counselor engagement in Turkey Istanbul may be subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes.
- The School Counselor assigned under this agreement must hold a valid license from the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) and possess a minimum of five years of documented experience in school-based counseling within Turkey Istanbul or equivalent metropolitan areas.
- All services will be delivered in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK / Law No. 6698) and the ethical standards set forth by the Turkish Psychological Association (TPA). Confidentiality of all student records is strictly maintained.
- The client institution reserves the right to request a replacement School Counselor with equivalent qualifications should performance not meet the agreed-upon service level standards, with a 30-day written notice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Any additional services beyond the scope described in this document, including extended hours, weekend availability, or multi-campus coverage across different districts of Turkey Istanbul, will be quoted separately as a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (ISTAC).
