• Individual Student Counseling: One-on-one sessions addressing academic stress, behavioral challenges, family issues, peer conflicts, and personal development concerns for a minimum of 150 students per term.
• Group Counseling and Workshops: Facilitation of weekly group sessions (minimum 4 per week) covering topics such as exam preparation anxiety, substance abuse prevention, gender-based violence awareness, and life skills development relevant to the Uganda Kampala youth context.
• Academic Guidance and Career Counseling: Assistance with subject selection, university application processes, and career pathway planning aligned with opportunities available in Uganda Kampala and the broader Ugandan economy.
• Teacher and Staff Support: Monthly consultation sessions for teaching staff on classroom management, student behavioral interventions, and workplace well-being.
