1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, due within 30 days of the invoice date. The first installment is due upon contract execution. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al Noor Educational Consulting LLC. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The School Counselor engaged under this agreement must hold a valid ADEK professional license and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data in the United Arab Emirates.
The client institution must provide a dedicated, private counseling room within the school premises in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, equipped with appropriate furniture and privacy provisions.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal service agreement.
All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the UAE Arbitration Law.
