- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai education sector.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% by the end of the first term, and 30% by the end of the second term. All payments shall be made in AED via bank transfer to the account designated by EduCare Professional Services LLC.
- The School Counselor shall be employed in full compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (Labour Law) and all applicable regulations of the Dubai Municipality and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
- The School Counselor must hold a valid UAE professional license issued by the relevant authority and maintain a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in K-12 school counseling within the Middle East region.
- All student records and counseling data shall be stored in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. No student information shall be shared without written parental consent.
- EduCare Professional Services LLC reserves the right to substitute the assigned School Counselor with a qualified equivalent of equal or higher credentials, subject to prior written notification to the client institution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 3 shall be quoted separately and require written approval from the Principal before commencement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services in United Arab Emirates Dubai and agrees to proceed with the engagement under the terms and conditions outlined above. This acceptance does not obligate either party until a formal Service Agreement is executed.
