Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three equal instalments, aligned with the academic terms of the United Kingdom school calendar:

Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Birmingham, United Kingdom professional services sector.
- The School Counselor appointed under this agreement will hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate, professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000, and active BACP (or equivalent) registration.
- All student records and counseling notes will be handled in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will be stored on secure, encrypted systems within the United Kingdom.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of eight (8) weeks. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered will apply.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed upon acceptance.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction resting in the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- The School Counselor will comply with all safeguarding policies of the school and the Birmingham City Council Education and Skills Directorate.
