- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and professional fee adjustments applicable in United Kingdom Manchester.
- The School Counselor named under this agreement shall be a fully qualified practitioner with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience in educational settings, holding current registration with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining balance invoiced quarterly in arrears (October, January, April, and July). Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via BACS transfer to the account details provided.
- The School Counselor shall operate in strict accordance with the UK's Children's Act 1989, the Safeguarding Children guidance, and the academy's own safeguarding policy. All records shall be maintained in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of eight (8) weeks. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom Manchester.
- The School Counselor shall not be engaged in any capacity other than that described in this document without prior written agreement from both parties.
